New Items
Most purchased items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of date of purchase for any reason.
Laptops, Desktops, Tablets, Printers, Cameras, Phones, Displays may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of original purchase and must be in new unopened condition.
Refurbished Items
All refurbished items come with a 30 day warranty. Any non functional product will be repaired or replaced with a product of equal or greater value at our discretion. Make sure the item is what you need/want before purchase. Unopened sealed items purchased may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of date of purchase.
Special Order (non stock) Items
Any item purchased that is not a stock item is considered special order and may not be refunded or exchanged for any reason.
ALL returns MUST be accompanied with the original purchase receipt.
Software and licensing can NOT be refunded or exchanged.
