DSI has been providing information technology solutions and services since 2005, in fact this month marks our 10th year. In August of 2013 we reached out and offered our services to residential customers by opening our first store and then soon after an additional store. Over the past couple of years we have met and interacted with some very wonderful people. We have really enjoyed being a part of the community and sharing not only our skills but our knowledge and passion for information technology. It is clear that we have had a positive impact.

Unfortunately the time has come to turn the page and start the next chapter. Our business model and the way in which we deliver our services will not allow us to continue this current chapter. We set the bar high and rather than changing the way in which we do business and offer our services, it has been decided the best thing to do is close down our residential sales and support.

We are NOT going out of business, rather we are sticking to our roots. We will continue to focus our efforts on custom software and programming as well as our award winning business to business services and 24/7 support.  

The page has already started to turn. As of this notice we are no longer taking residential service tickets at our stores. We are still taking business service tickets and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. On December 1st 2015 the Augusta store will be completely shut down. Our technical staff will migrate to the Jefferson location where we will continue our business to business services.

We will be closed on Thanksgiving and wish you all the best for a safe and happy holiday. The Augusta store will be open all this coming weekend (11/27 - 11/29). We will be offering sales and deals on practically everything. We will be open 8a - 6p this Friday through Sunday.

Change is never easy and this is a decision that was thought over deeply and though it is sad to see something come to an end after much effort, we are excited about the next chapter. We wish you all well and hope that you can understand our position. 

To our residential customers; Thank you sincerely for your support and patronage. This has been an experience that will not be forgotten. You have meant a lot to us.
